Established in 1994, Open Windows Software has been a trusted innovator in procurement and contract lifecycle management for more than 30 years. Now part of ReadyTech, we continue to support Australian and New Zealand government agencies and large commercial organisations with enterprise-grade solutions that combine deep industry expertise, proven capability, and a personalised partnership approach.
From the early days of the procurement profession and the internet, Open Windows Software was built on a vision to simplify complex business processes through technology. Drawing on real-world experience in commercial construction and contract management, the business developed one of the earliest computerised contract management platforms in the market, helping organisations move away from manual, paper-based processes.
Today, that same focus on innovation and customer outcomes continues through our flagship platform, Ready Contracts, which is used by more than 100 organisations across Australia and New Zealand to manage procurement, contracts, governance, and compliance.
Importantly, many of the experienced team members who helped shape the business alongside its founders across much of that journey remain with the organisation today. Their deep industry knowledge, customer relationships, and passion for the product continue to drive the evolution of the platform, carrying forward the legacy of innovation with renewed energy, investment, and focus for the future.
