Caseloads are now available. When do we need to supply our subs?

Job Ready will be contacting you on the 6th July, with instructions on how to create your subscriptions.

 

We aren't allowed to abbreviate Workforce Australia. Will this be changed in Job Ready?

All abbreviated references to WFA in Job Ready will be will be changed to Workforce Australia, or WA (the latter only where absolutely necessary) by July 4th.

 

Will there be option for other users to submit the progress claim not just CCU team?

Currently it is CCU only. We will be in a position to re-address the permission settings to submit Progress Fees for users post go live.

 

Hi team - not following logic of transition caseload loading in staging only. Can you help me understand? Thanks

We upload the Caseload data to the Staging Environment to allow the opportunity for testing and resolving any issues before pushing this through to the Production Environment. Each Provider that has given Job Ready permission to their subscription for Caseload data will be contacted by the Job Ready Team to advise when their data will be available in their Production Environment.

 

Will Job Ready have functionality to track Partial Outcomes?

Job Ready will use the information provided by The Department to expand the logic and parameters embedded in the platform to cater for the new 26 Week Partial Outcome, these will be available at the start of the contract.

 

How will Job Ready track Progress Fees?

While Job Ready is waiting on the extra information to develop functionality to track Progress Fees, a manual claim function will be made available to submit to CCU for all eligible participants commenced into Workforce Australia from July 1st.

 

Will the new Employment Fund Codes be available to use from July 1st?

Yes, The Department released the new Employment Fund codes on 19th May 2022, these will be available for you to use in Job Ready’s expenses from the start of the contract.

 

How will the Very Long Term Unemployment (VLTU) payment be managed in Job Ready?

The Department have mentioned in the Workforce Australia Deed and Guidelines that this Fee will be paid to Providers if the criteria has been met. We anticipate this will be paid to Providers through the usual remittance payment schedules. Should data relating to VLTU become available through new BDF’s or, if it is treated as a bonus payment; Job Ready will look at accommodating this within the platform.

 

How will PBAS be reflected in Job Ready?

Job Ready is still awaiting more information from The Department. We currently understand PBAS will be managed through The Departments I.T. System ESS. Job Ready will review this once information comes to hand.

 

When will the caseload data for Workforce Australia become available in Job Ready?

Syncing the Workforce Australia Caseload data into Job Ready will be undertaken once the new ESS Subscriptions are made available to providers. The Department indicates that caseload subscriptions will be released on the 8th July.

 

Will Workforce Australia be available in for testing before WFA goes live?

Yes, the Workforce Australia programme will be available in your staging environment from the 13th June.

 

At what point can I begin to set up templates and forms in Job Ready for WFA?

You can add your  Quest forms right now! Your templates can be entered when the Workforce Australia programme becomes available for you to use from the 13th June.

 

How can I keep up to date with the latest developments and information relating to Workforce Australia?

Webinars will be held weekly up to 30th June 2022, from 1st July 2022 we will increase the frequency of webinars as The Department releases new information and in response to the needs of our Clients.

 

How can I contribute ideas for the development of Workforce Australia functionality in Job Ready?

All product ideas can be submitted to the Product Ideas platform through Job Ready. You can also bring them to our upcoming webinars.

 

 

Do you know the likely impact of the data glossaries? E.g. you provided if Stream needs to be changed will everything in Job Ready work but that 'field' will be blank?

It is unknown what specific fields will be included/changed; however, it is anticipated that 90% of the fields remain the same. Once we receive the Glossaries we will know what data-points to change to fit the WFA parameters.

 

How is the Esher House integration project going and will this be integrated into Job Ready by July 2022?

This is in progress, the ability to launch surveys and subsequent courses will be available from 1st July.

 

Will HTS placements and Claims come across in the new contract or will this remain done manually?

HTS will remain as-is for the time being, we are waiting on information from The Department to show what data will be surfaced. This will be an ongoing conversation with those Providers working with the HTS program.

 

Have you decided to keep the existing JA contract button or will WFA be added?

JA will remain active once WFA goes live, in early July The Department will surface caseload data which will allow us to transfer the information over, JA will remain open during this period so Providers can continue to work with Clients.

 

What's the Progress fee manual process look like? Is it controlled through permissions somehow?

Whilst we are waiting on the period of service data from The Department, from 1st July you will have an opportunity to submit a manual claim through to CCU, CCU managers and members have permissions to do this.

 

Keen to understand the impact/risk i.e. what is the chance that the Job Ready system will not be operational 4th July?

ReadyTech is learning new information about the contract from The Department at the same time as our Providers. Where possible, we are anticipating changes and implementing work ahead of time to ensure minimum service disruption to our clients. In some cases, we may recommend temporary or manual workarounds to ensure the continuation of your business processes. We have a full team of resources on standby dedicated to the WFA transition, ready to react quickly the moment changes are announced.

 

Are you intending to provide information on JSCI level's etc into Job Ready? As JSCI levels are important for outcomes it would be great to have oversight

Our priority is to focus on the Caseload data first, once data is received, we can interrogate what has been surfaced. We will add the JSCI query to our Product Ideas Board to investigate further, post July 2022.

 

Is there a plan to build a process into Job Ready to be able to track Progress Fees in the system? E.g. due date/ activity type etc.

The first generation of Progress Fee claiming will be basic, post 1st July once we have the data from The Department to surface Activities, we will start working on how Progress Fees will be handled in Job Ready.

 

Will the WFO employment fund bulk facility be available in Job Ready from 4 July?

Yes it will.

 

On the referrals Allied Health module, will the Professional Services calculations be updated for the WFA rates from 4 July?

Yes it will be as the WFA PROF rate guidelines were released in May 2022.

 

Will the Workforce Australia outcome claim rates be updated in Job Ready for placements entered from 4 July and education outcomes cease to predict? Noting we'll likely be manually adding placements until the sync resumes?

Yes, the rates will be updated for the start of the contract and manual placements will be available to use. Education outcomes will cease predicting once we have received the correct data from The Department.

 

Will the jobseeker quick link to ESS be operational on 4th July?

The Jobseeker quick-link will not be available on 4th July, however as soon as The Department release the new instances of ESS, the quick-links will be established ASAP.

 

I am a provider with a transition caseload, how can I view this in the Job Ready Staging environment?

Thursday 9th June, we will send out instructions for providers to follow, this will allow us to work quickly on getting your transition caseloads into the Staging environment.
