Before implementing Ready Student, Youth Futures faced significant challenges with their paper-based processes, which hindered their ability to provide tailored support to students, particularly those with neurodiverse backgrounds and learning difficulties.
In April 2024, Youth Futures partnered with ReadyTech to implement Ready Student, a user-friendly, flexible system that replaced their system. Ready Student provided access to real-time data, reduced administrative overhead, and improved communication between staff and students. The seamless migration process ensured the system was tailored to Youth Futures' unique needs, allowing staff to create more individualised learning plans and better support their students.
