Workplace Injury Commission selects Ready Case to modernise its case management system
The Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) has selected Ready Case, ReadyTech’s next generation case management platform, as its new enterprise case management solution to replace its current system.
The partnership marks a significant step forward in WIC’s digital transformation journey, supporting its mission to deliver fair, timely and high-quality dispute resolution services for injured workers, employers and the broader Victorian community.
“At WIC, we know dispute resolution matters to Victorians, and the new system will enhance our service delivery and the experience of our employees, injured workers, and dispute parties. We are excited to partner with ReadyTech and get started on bringing the technology to life,” said Alyssa Duffy, Chief Executive Officer of the Workplace Injury Commission.
Ready Case is ReadyTech’s flagship solution for justice and regulatory organisations, designed to streamline case management, strengthen compliance, and enable more efficient and transparent processes. The platform supports agencies and commissions to manage complex workflows, from intake and assessment through to resolution, while maintaining the highest standards of security and accessibility.
Chris McMillan, Executive General Manager for Work Pathways & Justice at ReadyTech, said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to improving outcomes through technology.
“We’re looking forward to working closely with WIC. We’ve built a strong rapport and partnership already, which has established a solid foundation to commence the project. Together, we’ll deliver a modern, connected case management system that supports WIC’s people to do their best work and deliver exceptional experiences for the community.”
ReadyTech worked collaboratively with WIC throughout a rigorous procurement process, gaining an in-depth understanding of the organisation’s business needs, legislative requirements and operating environment. This partnership approach ensures the new solution will be tailored to WIC’s unique context and future-ready from day one.
The implementation is scheduled to commence in early 2026.
